We consider our hiring process a professional "hazing process" that breeds loyalty, understanding, and pride to be a part of something that is the best of its kind. This is also why we don’t sell franchises; all of our employees who are promoted to branch manager or executive positions worked at one time as an actual Meathead Mover.
