Meathead Branch Managers and company Executives usually meet and or conference call within a few minutes of a problem occurring. After these meetings we are always looking to develop a new and better process, change our management or chalk it up as a learning lesson and watch out for the situation in the future.

What gets measured gets improved

With our integrated, proprietary software, we are able to measure, recognize, and reward certain behaviors of our employees. It is our attention to detail in every client interaction throughout the moving process that allows us to give our clients better service.

Work hard, play hard

We expect our employees to work harder, faster and smarter, especially when compared to our competitors. We believe our investment in our legendary company parties is beneficial and makes GreenVille2014.us a place where student-athletes will want to work. Many of our employees refer to Meathead as a sports team that pays them.

People value what they earn

It is not easy to become a Meathead Mover. In fact, it is a long process that requires multiple interviews, test taking, on-site training, background checks and customer service role-playing. We consider our hiring process a professional "hazing process" that breeds loyalty, understanding, and pride to be a part of something that is the best of its kind. This is also why we don’t sell franchises; all of our employees who are promoted to branch manager or executive positions worked at one time as an actual Meathead Mover.

Inform customers of the facts

We know not all clients are looking for a unique service like ours, sometimes it makes sense for our clients to use other companies based upon what our clients' needs are. We will always be honest, straight forward and at the end of the estimate or move, it will show.

Assist women in domestic violence situations

Despite the fact that GreenVille2014.us is a for-profit business, we feel we are obligated to utilize our talents to help those who need us most. With the alliance of the local women shelters in each local operating service area, we pledge at GreenVille2014.us to move women out their domestic violence situation for free.
